Tony Guillory is currently serving his fourth term representing District 4.
From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Guillory served as a member of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and was re-elected in 2011. He has served since.
On the state level, he is an at-large member of the Executive Board of the Police Jury Association of Louisiana as well as Vice President of the Black Caucus of the Louisiana Police Jury Association. On the national level, he is the treasurer of the National Association of Black County Officials (NABCo), serves on the NABCo Legislative Committee and is a member-at-large on the Executive Board of NABCo. He's also a member of the National Association of Counties (NACo) and serves as a member of the Community and Economic Development Steering Committee.
A lifelong resident of Lake Charles, Mr. Guillory is a graduate of Washington High School.
He is currently employed by Don Harris State Farm Insurance Company.
Mr. Guillory is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Lake Charles, Family and Friends of Louisiana Incarcerated Children (FFLIC), Foreman-Reynaud Community Center Board of Directors, Knights of Peter Claver #141, League of Women Voters, and the Rotary Club of Opelousas. He is also an American Red Cross volunteer.
Mr. Guillory represents the City of Lake Charles area and portions of Ward 3.
