Software Support and Implementation
Support for all software products used throughout the Parish including, but not limited to Financial, Payroll/Timekeeping, Document Management, Community Development, Facility Management, Public Works, Animal Services, Transit and Housing.
Creation and maintenance of databases on Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL Server for parish data. Consolidate Parish Data into shared resources.
VoIP Phone System
Installed and maintain a Cisco Voice Over IP Phone System with over 400 devices.
Help Desk Support
Provide user support for computers, phones, cell phones, software, printers, copiers, fax machines, and all other technology related products used throughout Parish government agencies including but not limited to maintenance, replacement, procurement, etc.
